This is the first book I've read by Viola Herman, what can I say but WOW, she did not disappoint. There is heat, intrigue, danger and plot twists you don't see coming. Both Castriel and Isabelle are hiding dark secrets that have changed them and continue to haunt their lives. Catriel is dark, brutal and closed off, Isabelle is independent and strong. As you read their story builds and their history becomes known. I can't remember the last time a story brought tiers to my eyes but this one did. This story draws you into the darkness and hoping that Isabelle and Castriel can find their HEA. This book is well worth the read and I highly recommend it and look forward to reading more of this author books.

Isabelle is strong FMC who is holding onto dark secrets, Castriel is OTT and I cannot say anything about it I love it!! These two blew off the chemistry meter because damnnn.

So well done. Not a story I could ever find fault with. The writing was so easy read and the plot I certainly couldn't put down nor wanted to. Wow just Wow.
